佰斯特®/AGV智能小车系统当有班组需要物料时,装配线上的物料员就会报单给立体仓库,配送系统会根据班组提供的信息,迅速找到放置该物料的容器,然后开启堆高机,将容器自动输送到立体库出库端液压台上。此时,AGV操作员发出取货指令,AGV小车自动行驶至液压台取货。取完货后,AGV小车根据相关传感器自动计算出车辆当前的位置以及运动的方向,通过和内置的数字地图进行对比来校正方位,从而将物料运送至指定工位。

When there are materials for the producing line, the assembly personnel will report to the warehouse. The distribution system will quickly find the container to place the material according to the information provided by the line, and then open the stacker and automatically transport the containers to the warehouse hydraulic platform. At this point, the AGV operator issues a pickup order and the AGV cart automatically travels to the hydraulic station for pickup. After taking the goods, the AGV car automatically calculates the current position of the vehicle and the direction of the movement based on the relevant sensors, and corrects the position by comparing with the built-in digital map, thereby transporting the material to the designated station.
